The new Facebook format won't let you edit your birth date easily. This has caused problems for people who have mistakenly written their birth date incorrectly. Here is how to edit your birthday the easy way on the new Facebook format.

Steps

  1. Log in. Instead of logging in to the usual address of http://Facebook.com, go to http://m.Facebook.com instead.
  2. Once there, log in and click on 'Profile'.
  3. Click on 'Info'. Scroll down until you reach a part that says 'Basic Info'.
  4. Click on the blue text/link that says 'Birthday'.
  5. Follow the link. You will be redirected to a page where you can edit your birthday. Don't forget to save.

  • The new Facebook format is the one with the three columns.
  • This method is applicable if you can't edit your birthday on Facebook, regardless of what format your Facebook is in.
