If you are born without any arms, you will figure it out. Somehow, I doubt Ren Jiemei needed sewing tutorials on how to thread a needle with her feet. But here it is.

Her feat (err, umm) is not so unique that fits into the Guinness Book of World Records. On the other hand, clearly her existence proves we are capable of many more exotic accomplishments than we could possibly imagine.
